Manual marking machine
Manual Marking Machine to imprint paper or thin cardboard by lines of steel types, digits or letters, and a combination of the two; the types are housed in an assembler box that may contain several lines e.g. batch and expiry date; capacity per line 13 characters (when 3 mm high) or 20 characters (when 2 mm high).
The machine body is made from iron, powder-painted at 200°C, while type-bearing punches are made from heat-treated steel. The machine is equipped with a hands-on working table with adjustable guide to adjust feed depth.
